Starting a charm bracelet ...
It's very easy to start creating your own European charm bracelet. One of the most important facts about creating charm bracelets is that there are no rules. The idea behind your charm bracelet should be as unique as you are - so let your creativity flow! Some people get all the bracelet beads at once, some start with 1 or 2 beads and add more charms as life goes on. If you're creating charm bracelet for fashion reasons, your bead choices will probably be based mostly on colors. If you're creating a "life experience" bracelet that tells a story of your life - then all the charms will be representing things and people you met during your lifelong journey. If you are a young teenager - your bracelet would probably consist of beads representing parents, best friends, school & graduation as well as zodiac symbols and birthstones. Possibilities are endless - so feel free to experiment!
To get started...
1) Measure your wrist and add an inch (to allow for the beads).

If you have a bracelet with the two clip spots, you may want to choose two clip locks to divide your bracelet into three sections. This ensures there will always be beads on top of your wrist as you move.
3) Screw charms on (if charms are threaded) or just put them on (if they are not threaded) to create your arrangement.
Open clip lock with your fingernail and close it over clip spot (if any).
4) Add more beads to your arrangement.
5) Highlight special charms with our slim, decorative spacer beads.
