In addition to 30 day Return Policy, Ohm Beads offer complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all the jewelry under which Ohm Beads will repair or exchange any item that has manufacturer flaws like clasp defects and missing stones within the first year you own the item. The product warranty does not cover normal everyday wear-and-tear, scratches, lost, stolen or abused merchandise.

Proof of customer's purchase is required for all warranty returns. Ohm Beads will inspect the defective product and upon inspection results will replace the item, award store credit or credit your account on file.
