The product warranty does not cover normal everyday wear-and-tear, scratches, lost, stolen or abused merchandise.

Proof of customer's purchase is required for all warranty returns. Ohm Beads will inspect the defective product and upon inspection results will replace the item, award store credit or credit your account on file.
