Returns

If you're not satisfied with anything you purchase from us, please return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our side. We charge a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. However, up to 25% restocking fees might be levied in the event of what we consider to be unreasonably excessive returns. Please contact us for an RMA number. We CANNOT accept any returns without an RMA number or any returns that are over 30 days.
