• What is European bead jewelry?

  European bead jewelry, with its decorative and ceremonial traditions from around the world, is a fashion trend that has only recently reached the United States . A hip New Millennium variation of the charm bracelets of our youth, bead jewelry allows you to express what is unique about yourself by designing your own personalized jewelry. All our beads are handcrafted from sterling silver, gold plated or 14-karat gold, and the possibilities for customization are as endless as the imagination.

  Our diverse collections range from thematic designs like hobbies, the zodiac, art deco and nostalgia, to beads adorned with genuine Swarovski crystal and semi-precious stones. • How do I start?

  It's very easy to start creating your own European bead jewelry. Begin by choosing a bracelet from among our various styles, brands and sizes, some of which come with two clip spots, allowing you to lock your bracelet into three separate sections. In selecting the bracelet that's the right size for you, we suggest that you measure your wrist and add one inch to allow for the beads.

  Then choose your beads from our extensive collection. Twist as few or as many as you like onto the bracelet until you're satisfied with your design. If you have a bracelet with two clip spots (for example, the Pandora), you might want to use the clip locks to divide your bracelet into sections, which will also stop the beads from sliding. That's all there is to it - you've just created your own signature piece of jewelry! Once you are finished please send us an email and photo. We would love to hear from you. • What bracelet brands are your beads compatible with?

  ALL our European beads are compatible with OHM Beads, Pandora, Chamilia, Biagi and Trollbeads bracelets. However some of the clip locks are NOT compatible with the Pandora bracelet, and this will be specified in the item description. Additionally, Trollbeads brand beads have silver cores that are smaller than other beads and will NOT fit Chamilia or Biagi bracelets. Our silver and glass beads will fit your Trollbeads brand bracelets but your Trollbeads brand beads will ONLY fit on our hand-woven Viking chains, they will NOT fit our snap clasp bracelets.

• What is the length of a bracelet in centimeters?

  The length of a bracelet is specified in inches, to get the length in centimeters multiply it by 2.54.

• How high-quality are Europenbling's beads and bracelets?

  We carry only high-quality handcrafted European beads and bracelets made of solid sterling silver, gold plated, or 14K gold bearing the industry standard 925 and 14K hallmarks.

• How can I clean my beads?

  The best way to clean your beads is with an ordinary silver polishing cloth found in any jewelry store. Do NOT use liquid silver polish as it will remove the oxidization from the beads.

• Are there any precautions about taking care of European bead jewelry?

  You should avoid wearing it in the shower, swimming pool, hot tub or other areas exposed to chemicals.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  You should receive your order within 2-7 days if you live in the US (standard shipping), and international orders usually take 7-14 days to arrive, or somewhat longer depending on the security and customs procedures in your country. A shipping notification will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

• How can I combine my eBay purchases to receive your combined shipping rate?

  The easiest way to do this is to wait until your last auction ends, then click on the secure checkout link found in the Winning Notification Email, which will combine all items automatically.

• How can I combine eBay purchases with website purchases?

  When you check out your eBay items, you'll be redirected to our website where your items will be displayed in the shopping cart. There you can continue browsing our website, adding more items if you wish, and everything will be combined in a single order automatically. Please note that website purchases will not be combined automatically if you purchase them before you check out your eBay items. Just contact us and we'll combine them for you.

• What is your return policy?

  If you're not satisfied with anything you purchase from us, please return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our side. We charge a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. However, up to 25% restocking fees might be levied in the event of what we consider to be unreasonably excessive returns. Please contact us for an RMA number. We CANNOT accept any returns without an RMA number or any returns that are over 30 days.

  Our emails are always CAN-SPAM compliant, and you will not receive any spam as a result of subscribing to our mailing list. We do not share or sell our mailing list to anyone. The only thing you'll receive is more savings.
